If you’re a currently enrolled international student and wish to change your course, you can:
- transfer into another course at the same Australian Qualifications Framework level (e.g. from a bachelor degree to another bachelor degree) by contacting Student Central about a course transfer.
- change your qualification level (e.g. from a bachelor degree to a diploma) by contacting the Department of Home Affairs (DHA) and a registered Migration Agent or Migration Lawyer for advice about applying for a new student visa. Until the new visa is granted, you are required to maintain your enrolment in the original course.
Please note that if you are in your first study period, you are not eligible for a course transfer. Please refer to the course transfer criteria section on the Course transfer webpage.
