When an Access plan is reviewed, you will be informed by the Disability Liaison Officer (DLO) if you need to update your supporting documentation.
When an Access Plan is temporary, adjustments are normally only in place for a trimester. If you would like the adjustments to remain in place, updated supporting documentation may be required.
When a disability or health condition is ongoing or permanent, updated supporting documentation may not be required in some instances. A discussion between you and the DLO when the Access plan is reviewed can decide if further or updated documentation is needed in order to provide specific adjustments in an Access Plan.
In some cases when dated supporting documentation or documentation with limited detail is provided by the student, the DLO may determine if the information is still applicable or detailed enough to provide certain adjustments. The DLO will inform you if further or updated documentation is required during your initial or review appointment.
